Being consciously active, as well as a few critiques about some forms or flavours of activism

Before I get to the philosophical stuff and the writing of some of my ponderings on the matter, I want to both give props to, as well as criticise, Derrick the victimless crimelord (his self appointed title, which I find quite funny), as well as his friends and “affiliates” that appeared in the video. As well as those that did not.

Props for the activism he has done and is still doing, which in-so-far as the “boots on the ground” aspect of activism is concerned, he’s done more than I have, at this time. Props for standing up to the pathetic thugs-with-badges and the parasites who hide behind them, for standing up for freedom both in general and in terms of freedom of speech; for trying to educate people on why so-called “gun-control” is just attempted “people control” and trying to have a monopoly on violence, and also props for generally spreading the message of anarchy and voluntary interaction.

On the other hand, I also want to criticise him for his attempt to solve his problems in “court” and for taking a plea deal, which is kinda ignorant and kinda cowardly. I say “kinda”, because in continuing to do what he is doing and speaking out against the evil, as well as openly defying it, he definitely shows that he is brave and obviously not an actual coward in general, but might’ve just slipped up at some points and might do it again at some other time, and who also seems to try and partially excuse his weakness in that regard, instead of confronting it.

Maybe I’m wrong about him on that, maybe I’m not. It’s something I wanted to point out, because it’s always pertinent to consider all aspects of everything and everyone, both the bad, the “meh” and the good.

Likewise, some of what I say in this and other articles may seem like “bravado”, but I back up that bravado through, among other things, what, how and why I feel, think and act. Of course, you probably don’t personally know me and my experiences in this life and others, and this article isn’t about that. Point is, have I faltered in the face of perceived danger or hardship? I have. Have I grown beyond it and rose above those obstacles, and the susceptibility to faltering in those types of situations? Fuck yes, I have.

Would I probably falter again in similar or different scenarios? Knowing myself as I do now, and if I choose to retain and improve my current strength of character in such cases, I know I won’t falter. However, is there a possibility that I might, though? For whatever reason? As disgusted or/and uncomfortable as I am to say it (for reasons of pride, mostly), yes, there is that possibility. However, whether I manifest that probability or better, more courage and fearlessness oriented ones is – as with everything – a choice.

The only step between courage and fear, between love and hatred, knowledge and the veils of ignorance… the only essential difference between manifesting one thing or another in our lives, is a choice.

So, if we choose to falter, we’ll falter. If we choose not to falter, and instead prevail in being good and conscious, we’ll not falter and we will prevail in being good and conscious. I am also no stranger to street fights, mugging, police and other “guardsmen” confrontations, being threatened with death and being on the verge of death; whether we’re talking about this “current” life or other lives. So, while I’m practically sitting behind a screen as I write this, I’m not talkin’ out my ass, is what I’m sayin’.

Anyway, as for the two bits of criticism, which are more towards the type of approach, than any person applying them:

  1. Trying to “fight the system” by partaking in it

Whether it be through means of trying to “appeal to court”, waving banners around in “hopes” that the political parasites – who decidedly desire to profit off of your misery – would change or revoke a “law” for the people’s benefit, it’s not gonna work.

Yes, it can buy some time and, yes, it can be used as a means of exploiting the system to your own advantage, so as to better continue spreading the message of freedom without sitting in a cage for however long; if you are sneaky enough to find holes in the legislation, or know how to work your way around their corp-speak wording patterns and euphemistic, obstructive language.

Likewise with banner waving, even if it’s stuff like actually stopping a “law” from being passed, or revoking ones that are so overtly tyrannical (even though all “laws” are edicts of slavery by design) that all but the most thouroughly and completely brainwashed drones would find repulsive. Like how it was with alcohool prohibition, and other lesser known cases.

However, those methods don’t work long-term. Why? Partly because the system is rigged in favour of the slavery system (surprise, surprise), as well as because it’s – not just allegorically or figuratively, but literally – like slaves on a plantation begging their slavers to be more lenient. If you “demand” something, but then if your demands aren’t met, you just go along with the very thing you’re protesting against, what’s the point of the protest? Is that even an actual protest, in terms of what the word is supposed to mean?

See, any slaver or psychopathic deceiver have nothing to fear from people who still believe the power lies with them. No matter how angry and upset a mob might be, if the slaver says “nope, we decided we’ll still lash you the same way we have been doing so far”, and the mob just goes “uhh, okay…”, before they then just walk back to the field with their tails between their legs, then the mob is no threat to the slavery system. Because they’re still fixated on the slave mentality.

When this system will end, and it will end – by the very nature of evil being self-destructive even without anyone making a stand against it, and also because good always triumphs over evil, by the very nature of good tending towards unlimitation, while evil tends towads limitation – it won’t end in a court hearing and it definitely won’t work through a “reform” of the system; which would just be a different coat of paint on the same bullshit.

In our world, it is very likely that this debt and death paradigm will fall in less than a century from now, because more and more people will be waking up and making a stand against it.

Eventually, when enough people will have renounced the belief in so-called “authority” of any kind, there won’t be any need for bloodshed, and it’ll all just end in a “meh”. Pretty anti-climactic, but in an ideal, and currently one of the more likely scenarios, it will end in the aggregate level, when enough people will just look at the government, religious cultists and their fancily dressed thugs, and will be all “meh, fuck’em”.

Obviously, this will come with the practical application of refusing to pay “taxes”, refusing to give cops your IDs (if you even have any of that, which is basically like tagging cattle on an industrial farm, which our society has practically become), refusing to go to courts, standing in the way of agents who try to evict someone from their own home, acquiring guns off the black or grey market, for if the perceived need might arise for physical self defence, refusing to play the voting game and, of course, no matter what “laws” are passed, just refuse to comply with them. Individually and en masse.

Likewise, investigating and applying things like permaculture, getting off the grid, contributionism, agorism, counter-economics and, of course, things that are more esoteric in nature, among other things.

Part of the point is that none rule, if none obey. Stop consenting to your own enslavement.

2) Taking a plea deal in court

This is kinda like choosing between cyanide and rat poison. Either way, you’re getting yourself intoxicated. The obvious response is to refuse the poison at all, and counter-attack through non-compliance or actual retaliation.

Now, there are also people who exploit the system and take a plea deal, albeit reluctantly, but using it with a motivation that they’re gonna employ it as a means of not going to jail or spending less time there, but as a way of getting back to the endeavor of abolishing slavery more swiftly. That is a thing and I’m definitely not condemning those people, but… it’s obviously not the best of choices. You’re choosing to be kicked in the thigh, rather than the balls. Again, you’re still getting hit.

What I would do is I would just not comply, nor answer any of their questions, if I see that it’s unlikely to actually have a conversation, or by physical retaliation in self defence, if I judge that to be appropriate.

In court, I would… well, firstly, I wouldn’t go to court and obviously wouldn’t pay the fines; and if I so choose my experience and story that they’ll try to break in my house and take me by force, in actual court I would just not go along with anything they say, and I would record the whole thing, if I’ll have prepared a camera beforehand. Or, bring someone with a camera, or have a small one on me. Get one of those tiny cameras that are disguised to look like a pen or whatever.

That is, aside from synchronistically and lucidly creating my reality to experience whatever it is that I/we, myself as soul and spirit, consider to be relevant for myself as a character to have, as a story in this life.

Anyway, while I criticise those two aspects of Derrick’s approach, I do appreciate him doing what he’s doing, as well as anyone who is being themselves and are doing what is right. More and more people should get off their asses and do something. Create conscious art with good messages, write a book, poetry, songwriting or a blog whatever, stand up against all forms of slavery with every fiber of our being.

And never, never, never fear. Or, at the very least, have the strength to face and overcome all fear.

Fear of death is the beginning of slavery. If you value your personal survival more than consciously expressing freedom, then you are susceptible to being enslaved through coercion. If you are greedy, you are susceptible to being enslaved through promises of “rewards”. Slavery either way.

Both esoterically and exoterically, with the material realms being a projection and reflection of the immaterial ones, when we choose something, we always make it manifest. Sooner or later, to our ego’s impression of time and space, but we always manifest it. The “time” it seemingly takes between our soul choice, and the result of it in our manifested time-space impression of reality, is the “lag” that we may have put there between ourselves as soul and spirit, and ourselves as manifested personas within the story-world we call “life”. Or/and, we thought it would be better for the story to go that way. Either way, everything is always a choice.

Never obey, never rule. Never surrender, never impose. Never follow, never command.

Never serve, never be served. Never pray, never be prayed to. Never worship, never be worshipped. In other words, never submit, never dominate.

Never a slave, never a master. Never give up, never give in.

Never fear and never be feared.

Nobody and nothing has a higher claim to our lives than we do.

We are all and always free and freedom, imagination, will and intent… infinity, unlimitedness and veyond… among other things…

What we choose to manifest, is always a choice; and the choice is always ours to make.

Edit: Here’s the video I was talking about at the beginning.

  6. You wanted to see me, Sir?
I was two steps into his office, my suit jacket sliding down my arms as I walked to my location between the chairs in front of his desk.
“Something has come to my attention that might be interesting.”
It wasn’t normal for him to blurt out what was on his mind when I was summoned to his office. We had established something of a protocol of how this was to work.
It was akin to a tribal ritual of exchanging pleasant conversation prior to entering into serious exchange, a ritual intended to maintain civility and peace and calm prior to any interaction.
I had thought ours was the same, though it had never been expressed or defined. I undressed and he sat back in his chair to enjoy it prior to entering into any business.
